Hello everyone!
I'm looking for recipies for split urad dal, chana, or moong dal. I have ALOT! I also have some whole adzuki beans I don't know what to do with...
I'll be crossposting this in other communities, so i apologize if you see this more than once...

you can make plain dal pretty easily. you can make them all the same way as well. dal is usually made differently in every household. i live to have yellow split pea the most with some curry and rice.

the easiest way to make it is to boil the dal in water unitl there done. then in a seperate frying pan brown some onions, chili, cumin and garlic. when they are done add it to the dal and mix it in. i usually use ghee to cook the onions and stuff, but you can use butter or oil.

(oh, i dont forget to add salt)
